Our copyright policy

We take credible copyright concerns seriously. This page explains how an owner or authorized representative can identify material they believe infringes an exclusive right. We can act only on pages, files, accounts, or other material within our technical or administrative control.

Our role as an affiliate

SONIX IPTV operates as an affiliate and referral website. We do not host, originate, transmit, rebroadcast, or stream television channels, movies, series, or other audiovisual content from our own servers. We are not a broadcaster and do not control third-party transmission infrastructure or media hosted by independent providers.

Our website provides marketing information and may direct customers to third-party services. Any copyright concern involving media hosted or transmitted entirely by another provider should also be sent to the operator or hosting company that controls that material. We can review and, when appropriate, remove affiliate links or website content that is within our control.

Required information

A complete written notice must contain:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the authorized complaining party.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list of works.
3. The exact location of the disputed material, including each relevant URL.
4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.

General references to a homepage, category, title, or brand may not provide enough information to locate the material. Include direct URLs and a clear description for every item you want reviewed.

How to send a notice

Begin through our official contact page or request the current copyright-notice submission details through SONIX IPTV Telegram support. State clearly that your request concerns copyright. Do not post personal details or evidence in a public group.

Review and response

We may request missing information, preserve relevant records, restrict access to material within our control, notify the affected party, or reject notices that are incomplete, fraudulent, or unrelated to our systems. Acknowledgment does not mean that infringement has been found.

Counter-notification

A person whose material was restricted may ask for counter-notice instructions if they believe the action resulted from mistake or misidentification. A valid counter-notice generally requires a signature, identification of the affected material, a statement under penalty of perjury, contact details, and consent to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

Misrepresentation
